Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or other approved identification. If you were given instructions by an employer, licensing board, agency, or organization, bring those instructions with you so we can help make sure the correct fingerprinting service is selected.

Yes. Mobile fingerprinting may be available by appointment for individuals, businesses, groups, agencies, and approved locations. Availability may depend on your location, the type of fingerprinting needed, and scheduling.

Yes. We offer ink fingerprinting and Live Scan fingerprinting options where applicable. Ink fingerprinting is commonly used for FD-258 fingerprint cards, out-of-state requirements, licensing, employment, and agency submissions. Live Scan may be available depending on the agency or background check requirement.

That is okay. We can help review the information you received from your employer, licensing board, agency, or organization and help point you in the right direction. If you have an ORI number, agency instructions, or a fingerprint card requirement, please bring or send that information before your appointment.

How you receive results depends on the type of fingerprinting service and the agency requesting it. Some fingerprint cards are provided to you so you can mail or submit them yourself. Some electronic submissions may be sent directly to the requesting agency. Processing times and final results are usually controlled by the agency, employer, or background check provider.
